Privacy policy

boxingrise.com is operated by Avi Anihovich (BoxingRise), who provides private boxing coaching. This policy explains what information is collected, why, and what your rights are, under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.

What we collect

• WhatsApp messages: when you write, I receive the name and number shown in WhatsApp and the content of your message. The site itself has no forms and stores none of this.
• Health declaration: before the first session you fill in a health declaration. I keep it privately for training safety, not on the site.
• Usage measurement: if you allow it in the cookie banner, an anonymous tool (Vercel Web Analytics) counts visits and pages without identifying you. Without consent it doesn't load.
• Cookie preference: your banner choice is stored in your own browser only.

How it is used

To schedule sessions, answer messages, keep training safe and improve the site. Information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Communication happens on WhatsApp, which is subject to Meta's privacy policy. See each service's policy for details.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information held about you, and to correct or delete it, as the law allows. Message me on WhatsApp at any time and I'll reply within 30 days.

Security

Information is kept on secured devices, and only I can access it. Health declarations are kept while you train and deleted on request.
